When is the best buying season?

Anytime!  There is more inventory in the spring, but that makes it more competitive for buyers. Whereas it is less competitive in fall/winter, but there is not as much inventory to choose from.

How soon before closing should I start actively looking at homes?

Typically allow a minimum of 40 days before closing to look at homes.  But we have worked with clients that we met with a year in advance.  So it’s never too early!

How many homes does the typical home buyer look at before putting in an offer?

6-10 houses

What is the typical time span between submitting an offer on a home and closing?

The typical time from when we go under contract to closing is approximately 35 days.

What is the best thing to do if I'm thinking about buying a home?

Call The Williams Team! We will consult you through the process and take great care of you.
